Our history

Imagine a blue sky, a nice summer breeze, and the sea right in front of you. It sounds like the perfect bike ride, but it’s actually the birth of Personomic.

During a semester abroad in Gran Canaria, Paul had the idea to produce custom-made ergonomic products for hands using 3D-printing technology. He often experienced discomfort from using products such as computer mice that were too small for his hand. Since his mother works as a physiotherapist, Paul discovered that there were others suffering from the same problems and it was this that motivated him to work on creating a custom-made computer mouse.

After learning about Paul’s idea, Andreas and Chris teamed up with him in 2020 to found Personomic.

Being the sports enthusiasts and passionate cyclists that we are, we want to offer the world’s first custom-made, 3D-printed bicycle grip. By combining our expertise and research results of the University of Stuttgart in the field of mass personalization alongside our medical know-how, we have developed a process to allow you to enjoy cycling whatever the weather.
